Fitch fought his potential abductors and by doing so he saved the life of his brother Abercrombie.
Unfortunately Fitch could not recover from the injuries he received from these cruel and heartless people and he succumbed. Fitch lost his battle for life on March 5, 2007 at 11:56pm at the University of Georgia.
Rest in Peace Dear Brave Fitch... For you we will continue to fight!!!

Neesy

Neesy is approximatley 15 years old, she ia a very sweet mare with a wonderful disposition. She looks to people for love and kindness and is always there to give it back. Tolley

Tolley is a 6 year old OTTB. His registered name is Rascal Ralph. He ran his last race and as with so many other TB's .. not fast enough so he was sent to slaughter. Tolley is extremely loving. Tolly is a very polite horse to ride. He has a soft mouth and yeilds well the legs and seat. He is not in a rush and has excellent potential as a competetive showing horse or as a trail riding friend.

Charlotte

Charlotte is about 6 years old. She came in with a few pregnant mares but we do not hitnk she is pregnant. She is great in the arena and on the trail. The horses all have current coggins, UTD on shots and have been wormed twice since their arrival. Charlotte's adoption fee is $1250. Victoria

Victoria is a wonderful Belgian Mare. Approximately 17 years old. She is very laid back. Does fantastic on the trails. She should not be ridden too hard but loves her trails. She can do walk trot and mosey sround with you...for someone that is looking for a horse to ride that likes to take one day at a time and stop and smell the flowers this is the girl for you. Quincy

Quincy is a Morgan or Morgan cross gelding about 14.1 hands. Quincy is approximately 6 years old. He is a very smart horses who is very soft with hands and legs, yields to pressure well. Can be a little spoiled as he loves being in his stall but is an awesome horse and would make a great kids horse, small adults or show horse. The horses are all UTD on their shots and worming. Dell

Dell is a wonderful, good natured Red Dunn, approximately 20 years old. He has and absolutely wonderful disposition. Dell is "FREE TO WONDERFUL HOME" The reason Dell does not have an adoption fee is because we would like to see him go as a babysitter rather than a riding horse. He loves to be loved on and is just a wonderful boy. Of course if you would like to make a donation to help with his expenses that is alwasy appreciated. Our horses that are free too good home have been purchased from the killauction and shipped to Florida. They all have a cost of over at least $1000. The horses are all UTD on their shots and worming. Spirit

Spirit is a GORGEOUS bay mare. She rides well although has only been lightly evaluated due to her "condition" which is that she is in foal. We are guestimating she will give birth in the next month. She is very sweet, gentle and kind. We do not know who or what she was bred to. We outbid the killbuyer for her which pretty much puts to rest the theory that pregnant mares do not go to slaughter. STORMY

Stormy is a drop dead gorgeous yearlung. We have had him gelded. He has a wonderful good nature and oh so sweet. Pumpkin

Pumpkin is a pretty Sabino paint Mare. She is very gentle and loving. Approximately 8 years old. Pumpkin ride well but has also has been lightly evaluated due to her condition. Libby

Libby is approximately 8 years old flea bitten gray quarter horse. She is about 14.1 Libby sometimes is a little pushy on her ground manners but what can you expect with all she has been through in the past two months. She is most definitely wanting someone to love only her. Libby has a very nice Western Pleasure type of trot and did well on the trails and the arena. Donnie & Marie

DONKEYS DONKEYS DONKEYS!!! Here are Donnie and Marie. DOnnie is a little scillian donkey and Marie is medium sized and is a cremello type. Marie's dad died at the hospital shortly after their arrival and Donnie has been with her to comfort her through that. Then Donnie needed to be castrated and Marie was there to comfort him through that. With all that these two have been through we want them to stay together. They truly love each other. Lazy KC Sparrow

Lazy KC Sparrow is a 6 to 8 year old Appaloosa Gelding. His name says it all... he is a lazy boy. Lovesto take time to smell the flowers so to speak. He is vert calm and very very sweet. Is quite the little loverboy, you can see it in his eyes. Would be a great horse for anyone. Momma & Baby

Momma's name is Impress Otoes Genie...baby's sire is CeeFalcolena and we can get the reg. papers for these two. They were not bought from a killbuyer. We bought them from a breeder as a result of the hay shortage in South Carolina. Momma is a GREAT rider, obviously started in reining. YEARLINGS

Here are the yealrings .... Hope and LB.. Both yearlings. lead, tie and load.. very loving. LB has since been clipped which I of course did not get a picture of yet and he is a bay roan. He looks lavendar and has a black and silver mane.. He is going to be one GORGEOUS BOY!!!.. Hope..well she needs no explanation she is a phenomenal Buckskin paint. PRISCILLA

Priscilla is a wonderfull large pony, small horse. Approximately 7 years old and is great to ride. She has been very well trained and is looking for her "forever home."Priscilla was rescued during the Home for the Holidays rescue mission and was purchased out of the killpen at Sugarcreek. She is a very sweet little mare and loves attention. Priscilla's adoption fee is $1250. Diva is a affecionate painted saddlebed type mare. She moves with balance and grace. She requires a confident rider who understands they are the pilot not just the passenger. HEARTBREAKER

Heartbreaker is the undisputed leader of the yearling pen. With Fabio constantly at her side HB always eats first. HB likes to run around the pen showing off her balanced natural movement.
